The seventeenth day.

Today is the last day of our '17 days to make a difference.'
Today, I cleaned my house with a vacuum cleaner. My house is very small, because we are living here just for 6 months with my brother and my mother. My mother and I was living much smaller than this house(where I am living now.) I am going back to Korea after 2 weeks. I think '17 days to make a difference' was very good program. Anyway, cleaning the house was my last difference in 17 days, thank you.

The sixteenth day.

Today, I did dishwashing for my '17 days to make a difference'. Normally, dishwashing isn't very hard. However, today wasn't, because we ate spicy meat for our dinner, so I had to clean the spice on the dishes. Also, my mom burned the pot, so I had to clean it, too. It was very hard. However, my mom said, 'thank you, you're a good girl.' I was very happy. It was my difference which I made today.

The fifteenth day.

When I was studying in Gloria's house for my maths acardemy school. Gloria and I heard Lucy(Gloria's daughter) was crying. Gloria asked Sally(Lucy's older sister) what happened. She said that an insect was in their bathroom. Gloria asked that the insect was still there. Sally said 'I don't know.I don't want to go bathroom. I'm afraid of insects, too.' So, Gloria asked me to help them, so I did. It wasn't an insect. It was hair. Anyway, they said 'thank you, you 're very brave.' I was very happy. It was my difference today.

When I was going to go to bed, my mom was hanging out the wash to dry. It reminded that I haven't done anything for '17 days make a difference,' so I decided to help her. When I was going to help her, she said 'you have a cold now. You don't have to help me.' so I said that I want to because of '17 days make a difference.' I think this activities make us very good citizens.

Today my Mom and my mom's friend made some dumplings.

After Jade and I finished school we changed our clothes and went straight to my mom's friends house. We went there to eat the dumplings that they made. About 15 minutes later, Jade went back home for tutoring and I went home after about 1 hour with some dumplings to give to my tutor and Jade. My tutor was very happy because she could try some more Korean food.

I made a difference because I showed her some Korean food that she would not normally eat, she said it was very spicy because of the Kimchi.
